Broken Chair
Geneva
The Horloge fleurie in Geneva's Jardin Anglais is a working clock whose face is planted entirely with seasonal flowers — up to 6,500 plants depending on the time of year. Created in 1955 as a tribute to Geneva's renowned watchmaking industry, it has become one of the city's most photographed spots. Its second hand held a Guinness record at various points for being the longest in the world. Situated directly on the lakefront, the clock makes a natural stop on a walk along the shore of Lake Geneva.
