Bowen Bridge

Bowen Bridge is a four-lane road bridge spanning the Derwent River north of Hobart, opened in 1984. It carries Goodwood Road (B35) and links the Brooker Highway in Glenorchy on the west bank to the East Derwent Highway on the east bank, sitting roughly halfway between the Tasman Bridge in central Hobart and the Bridgewater Bridge further upstream. It serves a purely functional role in Tasmania's road network with no cultural or scenic designation.
