Bruckgut

Bruckgut is an old manor house on the right bank of the Birs river in Muenchenstein near Basel, listed in the Swiss inventory of cultural property of national importance. The rural estate served Basel patricians as a summer residence outside the city walls and lies a short distance from the higher-lying village core. The property is not open to the public; walkers on the Birs riverside path can see the hip-roofed main building and its outbuildings from the trail.
