Buschwiller

Also known as: Buschweiler

Buschwiller, also known as Buschweiler in German, is a small Alsatian village of roughly 1,050 inhabitants in the Sundgau, a few kilometres west of the Basel tri-border area. It lies near the Burgundian Gate and belongs to the arrondissement of Mulhouse. Half-timbered farmhouses, the parish church and the source area of the river Birsig give it its character. It is best visited as part of a wider drive through the Sundgau and its hamlets.
