Château de Linchamps

The Château de Linchamps is a ruined castle in the village of Williers in the French Ardennes, close to the Belgian border. Reliable information about its construction date, original owners, or historical role is scarce. What survives are scattered stone walls embedded in the wooded Ardennes landscape — a quiet, largely overlooked remnant best encountered as an incidental discovery rather than a planned destination.
