Erlebnishof Krabatmühle/Krabatowy młyn

The Krabat-Mühle Erlebnishof in Schwarzkollm is a faithful reconstruction of the legendary mill that forms the setting of the Sorbian folk legend of Krabat, a sorcerer's apprentice tale set in the Lusatian countryside. The story gained international recognition through Otfried Preußler's 1971 novel "Krabat" — later adapted into a 2008 feature film — both of which are explicitly set in this corner of Upper Lusatia. Built in the style of a traditional four-sided Lusatian farmstead, the complex comprises six buildings on a 10,000 m² site near the original legendary location of Schwarzkollm.
