Landmark
Also known as: G106
The G106 is a 2,466-kilometre Chinese national highway connecting Beijing with Guangzhou via Hebei, Henan, Hubei, Hunan and Guangdong. It crosses six provinces and roughly follows the historic north-south axis between the capital and the Pearl River delta. The route is not a tourist road; it mostly serves freight as a parallel alternative to the G4 expressway.
