Novena

Novena is an underground MRT station on Singapore's North–South Line, situated along Thomson Road in the Novena district. It opened in December 1987 as part of Phase One of the city-state's MRT system, having been renamed from its working title 'Thomson' to Novena in 1982 after the nearby Novena Church. The station serves as a convenient access point for Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital, and United Square shopping centre. It is operated by SMRT and is fully wheelchair accessible.
