糖廍文化園區

The Sugar Refinery Cultural Park (糖廍文化園區) in Taipei's Wanhua District occupies a former sugar refinery repurposed into an arts and cultural centre. Sugar production was central to Taiwan's colonial-era economy under Japanese rule (1895–1945), when the island became one of Asia's leading sugar exporters, and industrial sites like this one shaped the urban fabric of working-class Wanhua. The park now hosts rotating art exhibitions and community cultural events within the surviving industrial structures. It is open Tuesday through Sunday, 10:00 to 17:00.
