Nationales Automuseum – The Loh Collection

The Nationales Automuseum – The Loh Collection opened in July 2023 inside a repurposed historic industrial building in Dietzhölztal-Ewersbach, Hesse, bringing industrialist Friedhelm Loh's private collection to the public for the first time. Around 160 exhibits span classic cars, racing cars, and rare prototypes, tracing the arc of automotive history from early motoring to iconic motorsport machinery. The museum's character — a personally curated private collection housed in a converted factory — sets it apart from corporate brand museums, lending the display an unfiltered, collector's-eye perspective.
