150 North Riverside is a glass-clad office skyscraper completed in April 2017 on the west bank of the Chicago River in downtown Chicago. The tower is architecturally notable for its unusually narrow base — the footprint tapers sharply at ground level to span active Amtrak rail lines running beneath the site. Upper floors contain commercial office space, while a publicly accessible lobby offers ground-level river views.
