Parc1 Tower is a skyscraper in Yeouido, Seoul's main financial and business district, distinguished by bold red lines running vertically along its glass facade. The building's history is marked by an unusual decade-long interruption: construction started in 2008 but was halted abruptly at the end of 2010, reportedly amid financial difficulties following the global crisis, and only resumed in 2017.
