360 Main

360 Main is a 31-storey office tower in downtown Winnipeg, completed in 1979 as the Commodity Exchange Tower. It originally housed the Winnipeg Commodity Exchange, one of Canada's principal trading floors for agricultural futures. When the exchange relocated following a merger and the naming rights lapsed in 1990, the 117-metre building was rebranded with its street address. It now operates as a conventional commercial office building managed by Canadian real estate firm Artis REIT.
