Κόρακας

Korakas is the summit of the Vardousia massif in the regional unit of Fokida, central Greece, and ranks as the seventh-highest peak in the country. The Vardousia range forms a southeastern extension of the southern Pindos mountains, rising sharply above the olive groves surrounding the town of Amfissa. Hikers who reach the summit are rewarded with broad views across central Greece, extending toward the Gulf of Corinth on clear days. Trail infrastructure is limited, and local knowledge or a guide is advisable for the ascent.
