All Saints'
AnglicanWorshipListed Building
Latvia's only Anglican church – a neo-Gothic landmark from 1857 near Riga Castle.
St. Saviour Anglican Church is a neo-Gothic building from 1857 located in Riga's New Town, close to Riga Castle and the Daugava River. It belongs to the Diocese in Europe of the Church of England, making it the only Anglican church in Latvia. The narrow, carefully restored building on Anglikanu iela looks modest from the outside but reveals elegant neo-Gothic detail inside. Listed as a national architectural monument, it represents a small piece of British heritage in the heart of the Latvian capital.
