Atwater

Atwater station sits in Montreal's Ville-Marie borough at the intersection of Boulevard De Maisonneuve and Avenue Atwater, serving the green Line 1. It opened in 1966 as part of the original Metro Montreal build-out, completed ahead of the 1967 World's Fair Expo 67. With over eight million annual riders in 2019, Atwater ranks among the nine busiest of the network's 68 stations.
