Headcorn railway station

Headcorn railway station sits on the South Eastern Main Line in Kent and is operated today entirely by Southeastern. Its most notable chapter came to a close in 1954, when it ceased to serve as the northern terminus of the Kent and East Sussex Railway, a narrow-gauge line that had linked scattered rural communities across the Weald. Today it functions as a quiet commuter stop with no particular visitor draw.
