Minami-Otaru Station
Minami-Otaru Station is a small local railway stop in the port city of Otaru on Japan's northern island of Hokkaido. Founded in 1880 during the early Meiji period, it was part of Hokkaido's first railway line, making it one of the oldest stations on the island. Today it serves mainly commuters and visitors heading to Otaru's historic canal district.
