Nishi-Kajima Station

Nishi-Kajima Station is a small regional rail stop in the southern part of Hamamatsu's Tenryū-ku district, Shizuoka Prefecture. Opened in 1909 during the late Meiji period, it is jointly operated by two independent private railways — Enshū Tetsudō and Tenryū Hamanako Tetsudō — an uncommon arrangement by Japanese standards. For visitors it serves primarily as a local transit interchange with no distinct tourist draw of its own.
