Kanasashi Station
Timber Construction
Tenryū-Futamata Station sits in the rural Tenryū-ku district of Hamamatsu, Shizuoka Prefecture, operated by the regional Tenryū Hamanako Railway. The station building dates to 1940 and is a modest example of prewar Japanese wooden rural station architecture. It functions primarily as a local stop for the sparsely populated Tenryū area, with little tourist infrastructure.
