Kobuchizawa Station
Kobuchizawa Station sits in the city of Hokuto in Yamanashi Prefecture and is operated by JR East. Opened in 1904 during the Meiji era — a period of rapid national railway expansion in Japan — it serves today as a transfer point onto the Koumi Line, a scenic mountain route threading through the Yatsugatake highlands.
