Bremen-Sebaldsbrück
Victorian Era
Nyon railway station opened in 1858 on the main Lausanne–Geneva line in the canton of Vaud. It served as the departure point for two metre-gauge railways: the NStCM to St-Cergue, which still operates today, and a line to Crassier and the French spa town of Divonne that closed in 1962. Today it functions as a straightforward interchange for regional and intercity services along Lake Geneva.
