Oberwinterthur railway station

Oberwinterthur railway station is a modest regional stop in Winterthur's city district 2, functioning primarily as an interchange between rail services and three regional bus lines for daily commuters. Just north of the station lies the Hegmatten maintenance facility, where S-Bahn Zürich double-deck trains and Stadler rolling stock including the Flirt and GTW are serviced — a notable depot for the region, but not open to visitors.
