Piła Główna

Piła Główna is an island-platform station — the main building sits between the tracks rather than alongside them — located in the northern part of the Greater Poland region. Until 1945 the city was known as Schneidemühl and served as an important Prussian railway junction; the renaming followed the post-war redrawing of the German-Polish border. For travelers today it functions mainly as a regional interchange point with limited additional visitor interest.
