Ballabio

Ballabio is a small comune in the Province of Lecco, Lombardy, nestled in the pre-Alpine landscape above the Lecco arm of Lake Como. With around 4,000 inhabitants, it serves mainly as a base for hiking into the surrounding mountain terrain. Beyond its Alpine setting, no further distinctive historical or cultural attributes are currently documented for this POI.
