Čeberakų piliakalnis

The Čeberakų piliakalnis near Dūkštas in northeastern Lithuania is a prehistoric earthwork hill fort — a characteristic feature of Baltic cultural geography, where such mounds served as fortified settlements or ceremonial sites from the early medieval period onward. Lithuania counts several hundred surviving piliakalniai, many still unexcavated. This example is catalogued in the national piliakalnis registry at piliakalniai.lt but has little publicly documented excavation history. The wooded hillside setting offers quiet views over the lake-dotted Aukštaitija region, though there are no on-site interpretive displays for visitors.
