Centrepointe Theatre, officially named Meridian Theatres @ Centrepointe, is a publicly owned performing arts venue in Ottawa, Canada, opened in 1988. It contains a nearly 1,000-seat mainstage and the smaller Les Lye Studio, named after the Canadian entertainer. The venue is run by a mix of professional staff and over 200 volunteers. Past performers include Sarah McLachlan, Peter Ustinov, Christopher Plummer, and Russell Peters.
