Neoclassical former church with a free Baroque music museum in Venice's San Marco, open to all.

San Maurizio is a deconsecrated Neoclassical church on the Campo San Maurizio in Venice's San Marco sestiere. The early 19th-century building is considered the most significant example of French Revolutionary-influenced Neoclassicism in Venice. Today it houses the Museo della Musica, dedicated to the music of Baroque Venice — with instruments, scores, and exhibits on Vivaldi's era. Admission is free.
