The Estadi Municipal de Futbol de L'Hospitalet is located in the Feixa Llarga district of L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, a densely built city immediately southwest of Barcelona. The stadium holds around 6,700 spectators and serves as the home ground of CE L'Hospitalet. Opened in 1999, it sits about 700 metres from the Hospital de Bellvitge metro stop. L'Hospitalet is Catalonia's second-largest city but largely unknown to tourists – the stadium is the kind of place only locals and away supporters tend to visit.
