Menner Seihe

Menner Seihe is a small nature reserve designated in 1986 near Warburg in the Höxter district of North Rhine-Westphalia. The Westphalian word Seihe refers to a slowly seeping streamlet or wet hollow — a type of moist, spring-fed biotope that has become rare in the intensively farmed landscapes of eastern Westphalia. The reserve is catalogued under NRW's nature protection system (NSG HX-029) and is accessible on foot.
