Mühlbachtal von Bergen-Enkheim

The Mühlbachtal is Frankfurt's smallest nature reserve at just 3.28 hectares, tucked into the southern slope of the Berger Rücken ridge in the eastern district of Bergen-Enkheim. Protected since 1986, the small valley shelters a woodland stream corridor with a mix of slope forest and meadow strips. It functions as a quiet local retreat rather than a destination hike — most visitors come from the surrounding neighborhood for a short walk away from the city.
