Altınbeşik Cave National Park

Altınbeşik Cave National Park sits in the İbradı district of Antalya Province, deep in southern Turkey's Taurus Mountains, and was established on August 31, 1994. Its centerpiece is the Altınbeşik Cave, one of Turkey's largest water caves, carved by an underground river that visitors navigate by rowboat through cathedral-like chambers — an experience rare in the wider region. The surrounding karst plateau offers hiking trails through forested gorges and Mediterranean scrubland. The park's remoteness keeps visitor numbers low even in summer, making it a genuine off-the-beaten-path destination for nature travelers.
