Transport HubRailway Station
Amersfoort Centraal, opened in 1902, is the largest railway station in the Dutch city of Amersfoort and one of the busiest in the Netherlands, handling around 45,000 passengers daily. It serves as a central hub for regional and national rail services, including the cross-border intercity connection between Berlin and Amsterdam. The station building dates from the turn of the twentieth century and reflects the functional railway architecture of that era. The station is fully wheelchair accessible.
