Lippstadt station
Railway History
Arnsdorf station is a rail junction in the Saxon municipality of Arnsdorf, where the Görlitz–Dresden-Neustadt and Kamenz–Pirna lines intersect. At its peak the station operated five platforms and over 30 tracks handling both freight and passenger traffic — a remarkably extensive layout for a small rural community. Today it continues in reduced form as a DB InfraGO AG facility, with the sub-stations at Arnsdorf Nord and Arnsdorf West and the so-called Arnsdorfer Kurve still part of the overall installation.
