Bad Zurzach railway station
Victorian Era
Jestetten station sits at kilometer 34.33 of the Eglisau–Neuhausen line in the Waldshut district of Baden-Württemberg. Its classicist station building is a modest but characteristic example of early regional railway architecture. The station's most distinctive feature is its cross-border integration into the Swiss suburban rail network: it is served by both the S9 of the Zürich S-Bahn and the S65 of the Schaffhausen S-Bahn, an unusual arrangement for a small municipality of around 6,000 inhabitants.
