Welver station

Welver station is today a basic request stop on the Hamm–Soest line in the Soest district, dating back to 1850 when it formed part of Westphalia's early rail network. A branch line to Dortmund Süd once diverged here, but was closed in 1968 and later dismantled entirely. Little of the original station character remains.
