Bensheim

Bensheim station is a long-distance railway stop on the Main-Neckar line between Frankfurt am Main and Heidelberg, opened in 1846 as part of one of Germany's earliest intercity rail corridors. The Gründerzeit station building is a listed cultural monument in the state of Hesse. The station also serves as the western terminus of the Nibelungenbahn regional line from Worms, linking Bensheim to the Rheinhessen wine region. The facility is fully wheelchair accessible.
