Bergisch Gladbach

Bergisch Gladbach station is a terminus (Kopfbahnhof) in the city centre of Bergisch Gladbach and has served since 1 June 1975 as the eastern end of S-Bahn line S 11, which runs through Cologne to Düsseldorf. It sits on the electrified western remnant of the historic Cologne–Lindlar railway, once extending deep into the Bergisches Land region. For commuters from the surrounding area it is the main interchange point into the Cologne rapid-transit network. The station is fully wheelchair accessible.
