Cable-stayed bridge (completed 2001) crossing the Chao Phraya — part of Bangkok's Industrial Ring Road and named after King Bhumibol Adulyadej, with 173 m pylons.

The Bhumibol Bridge — a pair of cable-stayed bridges collectively known as the Industrial Ring Road Bridge — spans the Chao Phraya River in Bangkok, linking the city's southern districts to Amphoe Phra Pradaeng in Samut Prakan. The second bridge was completed in 2001, complementing the first that opened in 1995. With pylons reaching 173 metres, they rank among the most impressive engineering structures in Bangkok's skyline. The bridges were named in honour of King Bhumibol Adulyadej (Rama IX), the longest-reigning monarch in Thai history. From the riverbanks and passing boats, the twin towers make for a striking landmark over the wide, brown waters of the Chao Phraya.
