Jardim do Morro

Jardim do Morro sits atop the hillside of Vila Nova de Gaia directly across the Douro from Porto's historic centre, serving as the lower station of the Teleférico de Gaia cable car. The park offers one of the most compelling elevated views over the Ribeira waterfront, the iconic Luís I bridge, and Porto's stacked riverside façades. Managed by Metro do Porto and fully wheelchair-accessible, it functions as a natural gathering point before or after visits to the port wine cellars that line the slopes below.
