Ediger Laach

Ediger Laach is a roughly 16-hectare nature reserve in the Cochem-Zell district of Rhineland-Palatinate, officially designated in 1986. Tucked between the B 49 federal road to the north and the Moselle riverbank to the south, just outside the wine village of Ediger, it adjoins the neighbouring Insel Taubengrün reserve to the southeast. The area offers quiet riverside walking and wildlife observation in typical Moselle floodplain habitat, away from the busier vineyard trails of the region.
