Istanbul Sapphire

Istanbul Sapphire is a 261-metre, 66-floor skyscraper completed in 2011 in the Levent business district, making it one of the tallest buildings in Turkey. It distinguished itself at opening as the country's first ecologically certified high-rise and remains its most environmentally accredited commercial tower. Unusually for a skyscraper, the complex includes a leisure floor at 165 metres featuring a mini-golf course with Bosphorus views. The public observation deck near the top offers a 360-degree panorama stretching from the Bosphorus to the Princes' Islands on clear days. A 34,000 m² luxury shopping mall occupies the lower floors of the complex.
