Arraya Tower

The Arraya Tower, also known as Arraya 2, is a 300-metre office skyscraper in downtown Kuwait City, completed in 2009 after four years of construction by the Salhia Real Estate Company. At its opening it claimed the title of Kuwait's tallest building, a record it held until July 2010 when the 413-metre Al Hamra Tower surpassed it. All 60 floors are dedicated to office use, with no public observation deck or visitor facilities. It remains the second-tallest structure in the country and a recognizable element of the city's commercial skyline.
