Larnaca District Archaeological Museum

The Larnaca District Archaeological Museum sits roughly 300 metres south of the ruins of ancient Kition, one of Cyprus's most important Bronze Age city-kingdoms and, according to tradition, the birthplace of the Stoic philosopher Zeno. Its collection spans Cypro-Geometric, Archaic, and Classical periods, displaying ceramics, terracotta figurines, jewellery, and grave goods excavated from sites across the Larnaca district. Operated by the Cyprus Department of Antiquities, it is open Tuesday through Sunday from 9:00 to 16:30, with free admission and full wheelchair access.
