Bingen (Rhein) Stadt station
Railway StationListed Building
Eisenhüttenstadt station — known as Fürstenberg (Oder) until 1953 — is the sole railway station of the city and sits on the Berlin–Guben line. The station building and waiting room are listed monuments, a minor but concrete legacy of Eisenhüttenstadt's identity as East Germany's first planned socialist model city. Around 2,000 passengers use the station daily.
