Marburg station

Marburg station is a neobaroque terminus building on the Main-Weser-Bahn in northeastern Marburg, constructed around 1850 and listed as a protected cultural monument. Its ornate facade reflects the civic ambitions that 19th-century railway companies invested in their major station buildings. Around 12,000 passengers pass through daily, making it the main rail hub for connections south to Frankfurt and north to Kassel.
