Pasar Senen railway station

Pasar Senen station is Jakarta's second-largest intercity railway terminal, located in the Senen district close to the historic Pasar Senen market. Built in 1925 under Dutch colonial rule, the station reflects the utilitarian colonial railway architecture of the interwar period. Today it serves as a busy hub for long-distance Java rail connections, particularly popular with economy-class travelers heading to destinations such as Yogyakarta and Surabaya.
