Ilanz railway station

Ilanz station sits on the Rhaetian Railway line between Reichenau-Tamins and Disentis/Mustér, serving as the main public transport hub for the Surselva region. Though listed simply as Ilanz in timetables, some of the station's signs carry the bilingual name Ilanz/Glion, reflecting the area's living Romansh-speaking community alongside Graubünden German. For travellers heading into the Graubünden mountains, it is the standard interchange point toward Vals, Lumnezia, and Disentis.
