Sandling railway station

Sandling is a small request-stop station on the South Eastern Main Line in Kent, best known as the nearest standard-gauge station to the coastal town of Hythe. It was once a minor junction where the Sandgate Branch diverged — a short branch line now long closed. For visitors, it serves primarily as a starting point for reaching Hythe and the surrounding countryside.
