Toyokawa Station

Toyokawa Station is a regional rail stop in Toyokawa city, Aichi Prefecture, operated by JR Central since its opening in 1897 during the Meiji era. Immediately adjacent stands the separate Toyokawa-Inari Station, run by the private Meitetsu line and serving as the gateway to the Toyokawa Inari shrine complex — though the two stations have no operational connection. For most visitors, the stop functions primarily as a transfer point for access to the wider shrine district.
